I'm guessing it's onigiri wrapped with nori, but the technique is beyond me. Would you mind doing a tutorial, or at least giving an explanation? Thanks!
Hi! I made some penguins this morning using the instructions in your new book. They were in the bottom layer of my panda-shaped bento box and looked so cute before I put the the top layer of the bento box on. But when I closed the bento box, they got squished. This happens to me a lot when I make animal-themed rice balls. How do you keep your animals from getting squished when you close the bento box? Is there another kind of box that I should use instead of the two-tiered kind? Thanks!

I think that you should use a bento box a lid is swelled(or rounded) Please choose the lunch box with enough gaps between a lunch box and covers;-)
